Paul Roozendaal is Lean Black-Belt certified with over 20 years of experience in managing and leading people in the food manufacturing industry. During his 17 + years with McCain Foods, Paul has been a Lean CI Leader for over 15 years in the Carberry operation. He has also been active in traveling and supporting many CI initiatives for McCain Foods globally.
