All registrations are transferable by the day. Up to four individuals can attend the conference on one registration, each individual attending on a different day, Monday through Thursday - all for as little as $381 per person per day!
TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION
If you plan on sharing your registration with a company colleague, there are a few important things you need to remember to avoid challenges at the conference:
Name Tag Holder MUST be worn and visible at all times while at the conference. There is only ONE Name Tag Holder per registration.
Name Tag Holder MUST be left at the Registration Desk, along with the name of the person replacing you, so a new name card can be printed and placed in the Name Tag Holder.
Replacement delegate must check in at the Registration Desk to register/pick up the Name Tag Holder.
PLANT TOURS
Plant tours are included in the registration fee. Delegates can register for one (1) tour in advance. Additional tour spots may be available on-site, space permitting.

EVENT FACILITIES – PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION POLICY
Effective March 15, 2022
Event Facility - The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg: Please be advised that in accordance with Manitoba Provincial Health guidelines, face masks and proof of vaccination are not required to enter any event space at the Centre.
Rules and restrictions at public gatherings are determined by Manitoba Public Health officials. As such the Centre reserves the right to change or modify rules and regulations associated with these gatherings.
Plant Tour Host Facilities: In addition to Manitoba Provincial Health orders and guidelines, company policies may vary. Plant tour registration opens on April 1, 2022, and company requirements will be updated at that time.

Cancellation Policy: In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, CME has adjusted our cancellation policies
to allow for the greatest flexibility to put health and safety first.
Cancellations received in writing to jennifer.ioannou@cme-mec.ca by May 23, 2022 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after May 23, 2022 are eligible for a 50% refund OR 100% credit for future CME events (when participants are not able to attend due to illness or self-isolation). Registrations are fully transferable and substitutions may be made at any time.
