IF A TOUR IS FILLED, IS THERE ANY CHANCE I CAN STILL ATTEND THIS TOUR?

Typically, there are a few people who do not show up for their tour. If a tour is full, you can have your name added to a waiting list at the Tour Desk once you have arrived at the Convention Centre. Once your name is on the list, you would simply show up to the tour departure room and wait to hear if your name is called. Some tours will be more popular than others, therefore we cannot predict how long the waiting lists will be. In order to go on your first-choice tour, we recommend that you sign up as soon as registration opens.

Paid conference registrants may sign up for one tour prior to the conference start.

Registrants can attend additional tours, space permitting, once on-site by going to the Tour Desk and have your name added to the waiting list. At the time of the tour, report to the tour departure room and seeing if there is standby room available. CME will allow official sign-up for a second tour beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5 when conference registration is open.

Please review restrictions and requirements regarding Tours here. If the tour you are attending requires safety glasses, they will be provided to you by CME or the host facility.

IF A TOUR REQUIRES GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

If the tour you have signed up requires that government issued ID be presented prior to your tour, bring your passport, driver’s license or other government issued ID.
