Combine World is a survivor in the used agricultural machinery parts business. Competitors in the last 30 years have gone from 30 to 3. People who attend this session will experience a thought-provoking presentation that puts forward a compelling case for a candid, respectful and fun workplace that fosters a culture of commitment and family. Starting with people first, you will see how LEAN helps create this culture.

Charlie Smith, Dealer Principle

Charlie Smith and his with Marjorie started selling used parts off machinery 32 years ago from their farm at Allan Saskatchewan. Charlie and Marjorie continue to be involved in farming. The main focus however has been building Combine World into a growing and sustainable agricultural business enterprise involving two of their three children (Jodie and Eric) and a leadership/management team.

CO-PRESENTER

Sheri Dale, Sales

Sheri joined Combine World in 2012, when she did many things including equipment operation, welding and more. Since then she has become a top-notch parts person. Her constant positive attitude and knack for solving problems make her an excellent member of the team.
