Tom Kelso, Senior Manager, Production Systems & EHS
Tom Kelso is the senior manager for Boeing Canada's Production Systems implementation and Environmental, Health and Safety organization. Tom has been with Boeing for 34 years and has spent the majority of this time in leadership roles in operations and quality. Along with practicing and promoting LEAN within the Boeing Company, he has enhanced his skills and abilities through LEAN education with the University of Kentucky, Shingijutsu Global Consulting and LEAN Sensei International.
Mariflor (Tina) Montemayor, Production Systems & Lean+
Tina Montemayor is the first line manager of Lean+ implementing Boeing Production System throughout the Winnipeg site. She has been with Boeing Canada Winnipeg for 10 years and has spent time as Team Lead for LEAN Practitioners and Program Coordinator for the site's initiative on Employee Involvement. Tina is a graduate of the University of Manitoba's Management Development for Women in Aerospace Program, University of Kentucky's LEAN Systems Program, and was mentored by various sensei's from Shingijutsu Consulting. Prior to her career in Boeing, her field of specialization was in Manufacturing Engineering.
