PRESENTER

Adrien Sala, Manager of Operations

Adrien Sala is Director of Strategy and Operations with Assiniboine Credit Union. He has spent the last three years leading LEAN implementations within private sector and government environments. Adrien holds an M.Sc. and B.Comm from the University of Manitoba and is CME Green Belt certified. He received LEAN mentorship from a bunch of ex-Aerospace geeks and actually believes LEAN can change the world.

Aaron Russin, Continuous Improvement Analyst

Aaron Russin is a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Assiniboine Credit Union. He has worked in traditional small and medium-sized business, start-ups, cooperatives, and social enterprise – but is enthralled with LEAN methodology and feels lucky to put ideas to practice every day at ACU. Aaron holds a BA from the University of Winnipeg and is CME Green Belt certified.
