Lean Management Systems Driving Performance

Systems Control
Lean Leadership + Lean Processes = Business Results

Description

With a revenue growth rate of over 15% per year for 15 years, Systems Control would not have been able to thrive and grow without a dedication to Lean systems. Like many others, the company started on its Lean journey by focusing on tools such as value stream mapping, standard work and kaizen events.  Hear how in order to sustain improvements and move to a new level, Systems Control implemented a Lean management system and how several years into the journey, practical problem solving, leader standard work, daily management and strategy deployment were added.
