Dale Crownover, CEO/President

Dale Crownover has worked at Texas Nameplate most of his life, beginning by sweeping floors at eight years old for his dad, Roy Crownover, founder of Texas Nameplate. He has spent time in every department and became CEO/President in 1986. His visionary leadership has led Texas nameplate to many accomplishments, including the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Texas Business of the Year Award, Quality Texas Award, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certification. Outside of work, Dale enjoys working on his farm and playing with his Australian Shepard ‘Rowdy’.
