PRESENTER:

Melissa Christman, Operational Excellence Manager

Melissa is the Operational Excellence Manager at The Boldt Company. She started her journey with Lean & Six Sigma in 2004 focused on streamlining office processes. Over the past 17 years, Melissa has worked with all levels of multiple organizations to identify opportunities and lead both strategic and tactical continuous improvement efforts in both manufacturing and the office. Currently she is focused on developing the problem solving and coaching skills of associates and leaders to create a culture of daily continuous improvement within The Boldt Company.
