Nadine Speirs has owned Metal Depot for 15 years and has built a reputation as an innovator in the manufacturing/construction industries in Winnipeg. Not only for her efforts in bringing metal into forefront as a beautiful and functional building material, but also because Nadine is one of few female business owners in the industry. But to top that, her staff is 98% women! Highly usual in the manufacturing and construction industries. At her core, Nadine lives the value of continuous improvement.
