PRESENTER:

Severine Guitton, Director of Production

Severine Guitton is the Director of Production at IMP Aerostructures. Severine has 25 years of manufacturing experience and has worked in the past 10 years with IMP on continuous improvement projects driving change and Lean initiatives through employee engagement. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is the recipient of the 2019 CME Nova Scotia women in manufacturing award.
