Blair Seale, Director of Continuous Improvement

Blair Seale is the Director of Continuous Improvement at HyLife. He has extensive experience implementing and leading lean initiatives in multiple manufacturing industries, including aerospace, windows and doors and food processing. Blair is a professional engineer with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
