Magellan Aerospace is a global, integrated aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defense and space agencies worldwide. Lean is important in all Magellan Aerospace programs to increase efficiency and eliminate wastes and key metrics, expectations, performance, and warnings are continuously monitored to ensure program success. On this tour you will learn about Magellan Aerospace's critical visual management system which ensure success in both legacy and new programs. With communication as the cornerstone of Magellan's visual management design, information is kept current and disseminated to relevant employees. Expect to see Magellan's mobile performance boards, floor markings, tool shadow boards and much more as a part of this “At a Glance: Visual Management tour.”

Requirements:
Proof of Double Vaccination for COVID-19
Closed-Toe Shoes, Closed Heels
Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection and N95 mask will be provided and must be worn during tour
Signed Non-disclosure Agreement; Registration Cut-Off May 28th, 2022 to process security clearance. Canadian Participants need to submit 1 scanned copy of any Government Issued Photo ID. ( e.g. Driver's License, Passport); for Non-Canadians submit scanned copy of a valid Passport.
Restrictions:
No competitors allowed, no cameras/recording devices, no cell phones, no high-heeled shoes. Note: participants will need to take four flights of stairs and walk twice through a 150 foot underground tunnel.
