C4 Card is a simple guide that navigates you through problem solving process in deliberate fashion. It encourages ownership, creativity, critical thinking, quantitative analyses, planning, organizing and evaluation.
From our beginnings in 2004 Shearwater Research Inc. has been fueled by the passion and vision of its Founder Bruce Partridge. With a background in computer systems design, embedded programming and advanced technical diving, Bruce brought a unique perspective to the world of dive computers. Armed with the belief that divers want a simple intuitive user interface previously unavailable in dive computers and rebreather control systems, the earliest focus was on the design of a menu structure that made sense to the user. Shearwater Research quickly became a major supplier of trimix computers and electronic control systems for rebreathers. After enjoying wide acceptance in technical diving circles, Shearwater gained popularity amongst recreational divers. Shearwater's computers are notably easy to use for divers at all development levels and have a reputation for being reliable, user friendly, and easy to read underwater. Shearwater computers are designed to improve the journey for divers everywhere.

Stanislav Gonda has 18+ years of experience at various production and manufacturing environments in Europe and North America. He is on his Lean journey since early stages of his career and continues learning every day. Stan is Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Shearwater where he leads team of professionals who are challenged with various tests of their innovation, creativity and systematic approach on daily basis. Continuously improving is one of Shearwater's core values and learning simply never stops.

Andrew Chung has 14+ years of experience in construction and manufacturing industries. He is Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist at Shearwater, where he is leveraging his extensive expertise to drive new product introductions, enhancing process optimization, and leading continuous improvement projects. He is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within fastpaced manufacturing environments.
