Carla Douglas, CPA CMA CITP CLC and Lean Black Belt, began her lean journey early in her career, carrying it through her Executive tenure. Roles in both global and local companies have presented a broad spectrum for Lean learning and opportunity to bring a passion to office/shop floor process alignment.
