The conference vision is to provide attendees with a first-rate learning experience that will demonstrate how embracing excellence and engaging people in continuous improvement drives growth and benefits employees, customers and stakeholders alike. Engaging people is a theme that runs throughout the conference. 

Over the course of four days, conference attendees are offered multiple choices to create their own personal learning experience.  

 

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Tuesday through Thursday, attendees will experience seven keynote presentations from acclaimed industry leaders, Lean experts and motivational gurus.

PLANT TOURS
Monday through Wednesday, attendees can choose from 21 best practice tours of local manufacturers and service organizations to see hands-on application of Lean thinking.

PRACTITIONER-TO-PRACTITIONER SESSIONS
The conference revolves around practitioner-to-practitioner sharing. Tuesday through Thursday, conference attendees can choose from 36 interactive practitioner-to-practitioner sessions organized in to
four value streams. Practitioners from manufacturing, public and service sector organizations from across North America, will share their experience, lessons learned and Lean best practices for attendees to take away.
