On this tour, you will see the implementation of various LEAN initiatives through all stages of production and assembly, including 5S, Kanban materials, Vendor-Managed inventory and Takt time flow. You will hear about recent improvement initiatives to reduce shop floor inventory and improve shop floor layout and learn about some of the successes and challenges of transitioning an improvement program through different levels of maturity.
