“No one wants to work, but we all have to, so why not make it FUN!”.  This is a philosophy that was sparked by words from Mike’s father over 20 years ago and took him down the road to make the culture of Argus the focus and make the financial statements the results of their efforts. Intentional culture and LEAN manufacturing have blurred the lines at Argus of what it means to be efficient and results driven. Mike’s talk will show you how leadership starts and ends with culture. The Argus Tribal Culture is something you want to learn about, but beware, this is not a formula, but an example of how to build your own tribe from the ground up!


Mike Easton. President & CEO

Mike Easton has been employed with Argus Industries for over 20 years, serving the last 8 as the President & CEO. He purchased TerraCab Industries in 2015 (previously Jodale Perry Corp). Prior to Argus, he worked with Laidlaw Waste, KGS Group and the City of Winnipeg, playing a key role in the design and implementation of the City of Winnipeg’s first Blue Box Recycle Program. Mike has been involved with LEAN manufacturing for many years, including 2 weeks in the UK working in Liverpool at the Jaguar / Land Rover factory at the world class “Lean Learning Academy”.
